I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone is welcome just as they are. Through a holistic approach to yoga, mindfulness and wellness, I support neurodivergent children and young people to connect with themselves, manage mental health challenges and heal from trauma. Grounded in lived experience, my classes focus on gentle movement, breath and awareness, empowering each person to build confidence, calm and balance in everyday life.
